Why 101 mode mattered
Peak hours previously required a staff member to reset semi-auto shufflers between games. Full-auto 101 tables cycle tiles in one pass; the chain reported average wait time down 22% on Friday nights after week four.
Hardware criteria
- 230 V café wiring with 5 s boot delay (child-safety near service counters)
- Magnetic tile pairing — fewer floor-chase incidents in narrow aisles
- Spare motor SLA: 48 h via local distributor (contractual, not marketing)
